The Work
With 9+ years of experience, I've managed and mentored design and research teams while partnering with leading brands across financial services, insurance, and healthcare. My strengths lie in systems thinking and uncovering what users really need. I love digging into complex problems and turning messy research into clear strategy and measurable impact.
My approach is human-centered, data-driven, and collaborative. Great design starts with deep research, needs alignment across teams, and matters most when it solves a real problem. I care about building research cultures, growing designers and researchers, and helping teams see why user insights are foundational.

Beyond the Desk
I'm a mom to Ezra (human son) and Norman (fur baby), a yoga teacher and student (vinyasa and yin), a travel enthusiast, and someone who thrives on challenges and embraces change.
I'm an artist, and I'm always exploring new mediums: watercolor, acrylic, pencil, and embroidery. Whether I'm making a custom children's book, painting a nursery, or creating abstract art, creating is where I find my flow.
At my core, I'm a relationship builder and collaborator. I care about creating meaningful connections that fuel growth, trust, and mutual success with the users I study, the teams I work with, and the people I mentor.
